  6. Final Plat Revision of the Navy Yard: Proposal to re-subdivide Parcel 5 into four additional parcels (5M, 5N, 5P, and 5Q) to allow for the expansion of Urban Outfitters Corporate Headquarters. (Presented by William Erickson).
