    2. Bill No. 070371 - Amending the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Broad Street, Carpenter Street, South 13th Street, Kimball Street, South 12th Street, and Washington Avenue. (Paula Brumbelow)
