- Bill No. 060205 - Amends Section 14-1600 of the Philadelphia Zoning Code by adding a new Section, entitled "Off-Street Parking Control District". (Introduced on March 16, 2006 by Councilmember DiCicco and Council President Verna, 1st and 2nd Districts) (Paula Brumbelow)
- Presentation of the Center City Parking Policy Statement (Deborah Schaaf)
- Amended Urban Renewal Plan for University City Science Center. Purpose: to allow greater density of development. (3rd District Ð Councilmember Blackwell) (Richard Redding)
- Redevelopment Agreement with 777 South Broad Street Associates, L.P., allowing for residential/mixed use development at Broad and Fitzwater Streets. A land use change is also required.
- Amended and Restated Agreement between the Redevelopment Authority and 777 South Broad Street Associates, L.P. The previous agreement with Uni-Penn, LLC was for a smaller parcel and to develop commercial office space and parking.
- Land Use Change of the parcel from Institutional, as outlined in the South Central Redevelopment Area Plan of 1968, to Residential/Commercial. (1st District Ð Councilmember DiCicco) (Laura Spina)
- Bill No. 060288 - Rezones an area bounded by Roberts Avenue, Wissahickon Avenue, Hunting Park Avenue, Crowell Street, Ontario Street, 22nd Street, Westmoreland Street, Stokley Street, 25th Street, Fox Street, Hunting Park Avenue, and Henry Avenue. - Bill No. 060292 - Amending Section 14-1611 of the Zoning Code by establishing a new height control for an area bounded by Spring Garden Street, N. - Bill No. 060285 - Amends the Philadelphia Zoning Code by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by the I-76 Schuylkill Expressway, a Railroad right-of-way, and Penrose Ferry Road. - Preliminary Plat - 8614 Thomas Mill Terrace, located on the northerly side of Thomas Mill Terrace, approximately 480 feet west of the intersection of Clyde Lane. To subdivide one lot into two lots for the construction of two single-family dwellings. (William Erickson)
- Bill No. 060203 - Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire fee simple title to some or all of certain real estate parcels in Tinicum Township, Delaware County; and to acquire a lesser interest, in the form of aviation easements, in some or all such parcels, all under certain terms and conditions.
