  9. Preliminary Plat - Schuylkill Falls Housing - To subdivide a 16.7-acre parcel of land to allow for the construction of 38 single family attached dwellings, 38 two-family condominiums and 111 loft condominiums, with a total of 225 dwelling units on proposed new city streets. Each of the single-family dwelling and two-family dwelling has one car garage and a parking pad; the loft dwelling has a parking ratio of 1.6 spaces per dwelling. (Sarah Chiu)

  10. Preliminary Plat - Parker Avenue - To subdivide a 8.3-acre parcel of land to allow for the construction of 48 semi-detached single family dwellings, proposed new city street, as well as, an additional 4 semi-detached dwellings, and 1 detached single family dwelling fronting on Parker Avenue.   11. Streets Bill No. 050952 - Authorizes the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 271 by placing on the City Plan Florist Street from a point on 2nd Street approximately 131' north of the north side of Race Street, to a point on 3rd Street approximately 157' north of the north side of Race Street.
