  5. Preliminary Plat - Pine Valley Estates/Almatt Place Subdivision. To subdivide 1.5 acre parcel of land to allow for the construction of 4 single-family detached dwellings on proposed new city street. (Sarah Chiu)

  6. Preliminary Plat - Devon & Sydney Streets. To subdivide a 0.94-acre parcel of land to allow for the construction of 18 single-family attached dwellings on a proposed private driveway. (Sarah Chiu)

  7. Request from relief from Covenant of Restrictions for a property situated at 230-42 North Christopher Columbus Boulevard. (Martin Gregorski)

  8. Proposed City Plan Change for CP#356-373, proposal to strike from the City Plan and vacate Industrial Highway from the Delaware County Line to Island Avenue. The Bill, that needs to be introduced, will authorize the placement on the City Plan of a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes and public utilities under certain conditions within the lines of Industrial Highway from the Delaware County Line to Island Avenue.   9. Proposed City Plan Change for CP#321-322, proposal to strike from the City Plan and vacate Pennypack Street from the Delaware Avenue to the Bulkhead Line. (William Erickson)
