    1. Amendment to the Mantua Redevelopment Area Plan changing the proposed land use on the north side of the 3800 block of Spring Garden Street from Institutional to Residential. The land us change is required for the proposed rehabilitation of homes at 3843-47 Spring Garden Street.
       
       
    2. Redevelopment Agreement with People's Emergency Center CDC for 6 properties in Mantua and Belmont, to allow for rehabilitation of 11 vacant homes for affordable homeownership. (3rd District - Council- member Blackwell) (Cornell Pankey presenting for Richard Redding)

Bill No. 050338 - Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia authority for Industrial Development a deed conveying fee simple title to land located at 2227-2251 Island Avenue, and 7280-82 Saybrook Avenue.
