    1. Amendments to the Mantua Redevelopment Area Plan changing the proposed land use on the 3400 though 3900 blocks of Haverford Avenue to a new designation of "Mixed Use, Predominantly Residential."

    2. Redevelopment Agreement with the Cloisters III Housing Partnership for 12 properties in Mantua, to allow for new construction of 50 rental housing units. (3rd District - Councilmember Blackwell) (Cornell Pankey presenting for Richard Redding)

  10. Land Use Change and Redevelopment Agreement for new housing in Mantua/Belmont:

    1. Amendment to the Mantua Redevelopment Area Plan changing the proposed land use on the north side of the 3800 block of Spring Garden Street from Institutional to Residential. The land us change is required for the proposed rehabilitation of homes at 3843-47 Spring Garden Street.

    2. Redevelopment Agreement with People's Emergency Center CDC for 6 properties in Mantua and Belmont, to allow for rehabilitation of 11 vacant homes for affordable homeownership. (3rd District - Council- member Blackwell) (Cornell Pankey presenting for Richard Redding)

  11. Bill No. 050338 - Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia authority for Industrial Development a deed conveying fee simple title to land located at 2227-2251 Island Avenue, and 7280-82 Saybrook Avenue. (Introduced by Councilmember Blackwell for Council President Verna on April 28, 2005.) (Martin Gregorski)

  12. Bill No. 050340 - Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development a deed conveying fee simple title to land located along the southern side of West Westmoreland Street between Mascher and Howard Streets.   13. Preliminary Plat - 520-08 Livezey Street Development. To subdivide a 2.1-acre parcel of land to allow for the construction of 12 single-family detached dwellings on a proposed new city street. (Sarah Chiu)
