- Redevelopment Agreement with Onion Flats LLC for 149-53 W. Laurel
Street. Purpose: new construction of five new homes in Northern
Liberties. (1st District - Councilman DiCicco) (Rachel Brooks)
- Redevelopment Agreement with Susquehanna Village LP for 10 tracts of
land in the vicinity of 15th St. & Susquehanna Ave. Purpose: new senior
housing complex and eight new homes as infill new construction. (5th
District- Councilman Clarke) (Cornell Pankey)
- Bill No. 040467: Rezones an area bounded by Pulaski Avenue, Chelten
Avenue, Morris Street and Rittenhouse Street. (Introduced by Councilmember
Miller on May 6, 2004.) (Martin Gregorski)
- Bill No. 040763: Streets Bill which authorizes the striking from the
City Plan and vacating a portion of Salmon Street, between Castor Avenue
and Butler Street, and reserving and placing on the City Plan a
right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes within the bed
of Salmon Street. (Introduced on September 23, 2004, by Councilmembers
