- Executive Director's Update.
- First Amended Redevelopment Proposal & First Amended Urban Renewal Plan for Wister III Urban Renewal Area. (8th District - Councilmember Reed Miller) (Paul Curran)
- Redevelopment Agreements in the Brewerytown Urban Renewal Area. Purpose: housing development by Westrum Development Company (5th District - Councilmember Clarke) (Rachel Brooks)
- Redevelopment Agreement between the RDA and Pyramid, L.P. for Parcels #1 thru 5 in the Brewerytown U.R.A.
- Redevelopment Agreement between the RDA and Westrum BT2, L.P., for Parcels #6 thru 9 in the Brewerytown U.R.A.
- Preliminary Plat - Woodhaven & Stevens Roads in the Somerton section of Northeast Philadelphia. Purpose is to subdivide an 8.3-acre parcel of land to allow for the construction of 53 detached single-family dwellings on 2 parcels divided by the Woodhaven Road right-of-way.
- Institutional Development District Master Plan Amendment Holy Family University (William Kramer)
- Institutional Development District Master Plan Amendment Temple University an addition to the student activity center. (William Kramer)
- Institutional Development District Master Plan Amendment University of Pennsylvania. (William Kramer)
- Bill No. 040031 - Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to purchase fee simple title to a certain parcel of land situated on the northwest side of Algon Avenue of Fox Chase Road. (Introduced by Councilmember O'Neill on January 22, 2004.) (Martin Gregorski)
- Streets Bill No. 040065 - An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 on an area bounded by 9th, 10th, Callowhill, and Noble Streets by striking and vacating both Percy Street from Callowhill Street to the northerly side of the Penn Township Railroad; and Hutchinson Street from Noble Street to the southerly side of the Penn Township Railroad. The Bill would further authorize the placement on the City Plan of a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes within the lines of Percy Street from Callowhill Street to the northerly side of the Penn Township Railroad.
