  3. Blight Certification and Redevelopment Area Plan for the area containing three neighborhoods: West Fairhill, East Tioga, and Hunting Park (in Upper North Philadelphia, east of Broad Street). (5th District - Councilmember Clarke, and 7th District - Councilmember Mariano) (Cornell Pankey)

  4. Blight Recertification and Redevelopment Area Plan: 54th & Columbia Area.

    1. Blight Recertification for an area bounded by 54th Street, Columbia Avenue, Ruby Street, and Hazelhurst Street.

    2. 54th & Columbia Redevelopment Area Plan. (4th District - Councilmember Nutter) (Richard Redding)

  5. Preliminary Plat - Brewerytown Square in the Brewerytown section of North Philadelphia. Purpose is to subdivide a 4.85-acre parcel of land to allow for the construction of 72 two-family dwelling unit buildings with a total of 144 units on existing city streets and a proposed interior driveway.   6. Preliminary Plat - 20th & Geary Street Development in the Packer Park section of South Philadelphia. Purpose is to subdivide a 7.8-acre parcel of land to allow for the construction of 23 four-family dwelling unit buildings with 92 units, and 6 apartment buildings with 136 units on new city streets.
