COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION MAPS

The PCPC Community Planning Division has created a series of DRAFT maps showing the boundaries of City of Philadelphia community organizations, including civic groups, community development corporations (CDCs), business improvement districts (BIDs), and special services districts.

The maps are listed below, organized by Planning Analysis Section (PAS). There are 12 Planning Analysis Sections in the City, each served by a PCPC Community Planner.

The purpose of these maps is to illustrate the geographic service areas of Philadelphia's community organizations, and reveal service area overlaps and gaps. In addition, these maps will allow PCPC staff, community members, and developers to easily see which organizations serve a particular area.

The PCPC staff requests your input to further refine these maps. We intend to update these maps periodically, since service area boundaries and active community groups can change over time.

Please review the PAS maps that are familiar to you by clicking on the highlighted links below. The maps will open in a new browser window. If you have suggestions for boundary changes or community organization additions or deletions, please contact Jennifer Barr, Northwest Philadelphia Community Planner, via e-mail at jennifer.barr@phila.gov.
